Similarities Between Financial Accounting and Administrative Accounting.-



As there are differences between the Accounting Types , there are similarities or similarities between them as can be seen below.

A) Both Financial Accounting and Administrative Accounting are supported by the same accounting information system, both from the same data bank.

B) It can be observed that both require responsibility for the administration of resources put into the hands of managers: Financial Accounting verifies and performs this work at a global level, while Administrative Accounting does it by areas or segments reaching the total set of the company.

Types of Accounting , Conclusion.-

Clearly, for an organization to achieve the desired success and have an effective and efficient operation, it must have instruments or tools that help achieve the objectives. Among the main accounting tools that a company or organization must have is Financial Accounting, this instrument provides useful information to investors and creditors, present and potential, and other users in order to make rational decisions regarding investment, credit and Similar, it also helps to evaluate the uncertainty of income, the reports that need to be: Balance Sheet, Income Statement (also known as Profit and Loss Statement), Statement of Changes in Equity, Statement of Changes in Situation Financial.

Another accounting tool very useful for the company is the Administrative Accounting, although, each business has a unique set of processes to create value for customers and produce financial results, Administrative Accounting is responsible for generating value within the company or organization , With planning, procurement and control processes, necessary but not mandatory within it.

And as it could not lack the inevitable Fiscal Accounting, tool that generates information to fulfill the tributary obligations of the organizations.

In such a way that the link between the three types of Accounting , can generate credibility in financial institutions, greater investments of the shareholders and a positioning in the clients.
